The jump programs are designed for you to work a number of muscle groups in an order and if you skip some workouts then how do you expect to see results? You are not getting full benefits from just doing the workouts that you think are hard.

One thing that many training programs also have is diet. Diet is an important factor to weight training and jumping higher. Why is this so? Because when you do a workout then your body needs to be replaced by nutrients and water. Diet is an important factor so if you follow the right diet and lose weight then you can expect to see some results just from diet alone.
